For more than 25 years, I have built my career on one simple principle: people come first. As Agency Manager with Farm Bureau Insurance of Tennessee in Lebanon, I am passionate about helping individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most through personalized home, auto, life, health, and small business insurance solutions.

Clients often describe me as passionate, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Rather than simply selling insurance, I take the time to educate my clients so they can make informed decisions that fit their unique needs. My goal is to build lifelong relationships by providing honest advice, exceptional service, and standing beside my clients when they need me most.

My professional journey began after earning a Bachelor of Science in Economics from North Carolina State University in 1994 and a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics in 1998. I started my career with Novartis, serving Middle Tennessee farmers as a Sales Manager specializing in agricultural products. During those years, I developed lasting relationships throughout the region, many of which continue today.

When the opportunity arose to join Farm Bureau Insurance of Tennessee, I recognized it as the perfect way to combine my passion for serving people with my desire to make a meaningful difference in my community. Today, I work with clients from every walk of life, helping families, professionals, retirees, and business owners prepare for life's unexpected events. My philosophy is simple: insurance is about protecting people, not just policies.

Beyond my professional career, I am deeply committed to Wilson County and the Middle Tennessee community. I believe strong communities are built through servant leadership, and I have dedicated countless hours to organizations that improve the lives of local families.

Professionally, I have earned the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designation, reflecting my commitment to advanced education and excellence in insurance and financial planning.

My wife, Heather, and I are proud to call Wilson County home, where we have raised our three daughters, Brooke, Taylor, and McKenzie. We are active members of St. Mark's United Methodist Church. Outside the office, I enjoy trail running, racquetball, boating, and spending quality time with family and friends.
