I'm Ryan Harpe, husband to Kristin, dad to Ila June, follower of Christ, and proud Farm Bureau Insurance agent serving Lebanon, Wilson County, and the surrounding Middle Tennessee communities since 2022.

Before entering the insurance industry, I worked at a local bank, where I learned the value of trusted, personal relationships. That experience continues to shape how I serve my clients today. My mission is simple: to help individuals and families protect what matters most to them, while providing honest guidance and personalized service every step of the way.

I'm grateful to be active in my church and community and to do work that helps families throughout Lebanon and Wilson County prepare for the unexpected and protect their future with confidence. I attended Tennessee Tech University and earned a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business in 2014, giving me a strong understanding of the needs of local families, homeowners, and farm owners.

Throughout my career with Farm Bureau Insurance, I have been honored to receive the Soaring Eagle Award, Rookie of the Year, Highest Volume Agent, Champion Final Four, and Summit Club honors. These recognitions reflect my commitment to serving clients with excellence and helping them find the coverage that best fits their needs.
