Thank you for visiting my page! I'm Justin Hite, and I've proudly served individuals, families, and business owners in Kingsport, TN, and surrounding areas as a Farm Bureau Insurance of Tennessee agent since 2007.

I graduated from Carson-Newman College in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. My education, combined with nearly two decades of experience in the insurance industry, has given me the analytical skills and practical knowledge to help my clients make informed decisions about protecting what matters most.

Today, I have the privilege of leading one of Farm Bureau Insurance of Tennessee's Top 10 agencies company-wide. My team and I are committed to providing exceptional customer service while helping our clients find auto, home, and life insurance solutions that fit their unique needs and goals. I believe insurance isn't just about policies; it's about building lasting relationships and being there when people need someone they can trust.

Throughout my career, I've been honored to receive several Farm Bureau Insurance recognitions, including the Soaring Eagle Award, President's Award, Round Table, All-Star Award, and Region 5 Rookie of the Year. I am also a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), which reflects my commitment to continuing education and professional excellence.

When I'm not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our two children. I'm also passionate about motorsports and am a licensed road racer. Racing has taught me the importance of preparation, focus, and attention to detail, qualities I bring to my work every day as I help clients protect their families, homes, vehicles, and financial future.
