One of my favorite ways to put the finishing touches on the sink whenever I'm cleaning the kitchen is to use one of these citrus-filled ice cubes. Every month or so, I’ll cut up citrus peels and wedges and freeze them in small containers or an ice tray for later. Then, once or twice a week, I’ll toss a cube in the garbage disposal and give it a whirl. The ice actually sharpens the blade, and the citrus leaves the sink (and the whole kitchen) with a fresh spring scent.
