
How do I pay my bill?
You can pay your insurance or membership bill online, by calling 877-876-2222 to pay through the automated system or by speaking to someone in Customer Service, or in person at your local Farm Bureau office.
Forms of payment accepted are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or electronic check. To make a payment, you may follow this link to pay online or contact your local Farm Bureau Insurance of Tennessee agent. You may also call 877-876-2222 to pay through the automated system or by speaking to someone in Customer Service from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday – Friday and on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
In addition, you can also pay your premiums automatically each month by electronic funds transfer from your checking account or by credit card. If you are interested in setting up your insurance policy and/or membership on a recurring payment plan, our customer service personnel at your local Farm Bureau office will be glad to help you. If your policy is cancelled or on electronic funds transfer bill plan, payments are not available online. You will need to contact your local Farm Bureau office or Customer Service during regular business hours.
