Cold-hardy Plants Can Be Started Indoors

It's still winter in Tennessee, but that doesn't mean you can't get your garden back in action. Cold-hardy plants like broccoli, collard greens, eggplants, kale, lettuce, peppers, spinach, and tomatoes can all be started indoors.
