Farm Bureau Insurance - Tennessee is Highest in Region in J.D. Power Auto Customer Satisfaction Study for Second Consecutive Year

“Highest Customer Satisfaction Among Auto Insurers in the Southeast Region, Two Years in a Row”
For the second year in a row, Farm Bureau Insurance - Tennessee ranks highest among auto insurance providers in the Southeast Region in the J.D. Power 2013 U.S. Auto Insurance Study.SM
Fourteen auto insurance providers were measured in eight southeastern states: Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
The study measured customer satisfaction with auto insurance companies across five factors: interaction, price, policy offerings, billing and payment, and claims. The average for the Southeastern Region was 804; Farm Bureau Insurance - Tennessee was rated at 850, a 22-point increase over 2012.

Farm Bureau Insurance - Tennessee received the highest numerical score among auto insurance providers in the Southeast Region in the proprietary J.D. Power and Associates 2012-2013 U.S. Auto Insurance StudySM. 2013 study based on 45,521 total responses measuring 14 providers in the Southeast Region and measures opinions of consumers with their auto insurance provider.
