Your policy number is a 7 digit number located in a box on the left side of the page. Please omit any letters when entering your number. For example, if your policy number is HP 0123456 you will enter 0123456.
Your zip code is part of your address on the left side of the page. You should enter only the first 5 digits. For example, if your zip code is shown as 33333-3333 you will enter 33333.
