You may report a loss directly to our office by calling our Express Claims Service Center at 1-800-836-6327. The hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. (CST). Saturday hours are from 8 a.m.-Noon (CST).

You may also report a loss at your local Farm Bureau agent’s office.

Additionally, you may file a claim online.

Please be prepared to give the loss date and state the cause of the loss. All theft losses and vandalism losses must be reported to the police.
